The staff was exceptional...they offered us a glass of champagne while we were checking in. Our bed was turned down while we were out for dinner. Nobody does that anymore. When we were leaving, the valet offered us bottled water for the road. Our room was large and immaculate. We appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine...and the complimentary bottle of wine. They thought of everything to make us feel welcome.

We bought breakfast at the coffee bar. Perfect selections for the whole family. Ate by the pool some days. Lovely. Generally, the staff was well trained and customer focused and the rooms were spacious and lovely.
